WoodforChef Cutting Board Mineral Oil
For a long time we've been cautious about stocking and recommending Mineral Oil for conditioning a cutting board as it can oversaturate the board in extreme cases, but when used properly it's a great way to hydrate the wood.
We recommend applying the oil to a cloth or buffing sponge, and then applying the oil to the board, rather than pouring it directly on the board. Mineral oil deeply hydrates the board but can wash off easily, so always follow it with a coat of board wax.
